This increased dividend will be paid to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 10, 2025, with a payment date of April 23, 2025.

Korn Ferry, a global organizational consulting firm, today announced its Board of Directors has approved a 30% increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.48 per share. Independence Realty Trust announces that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share of IRT common stock, payable on April 21, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 28, 2025.
