Omega Healthcare Investors today announced that the Company's Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.67 per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable Wednesday, November 15, 2023, to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on Tuesday, October 31, 2023.

Sunoco announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner declared a quarterly distribution for the third quarter of 2023 of $0.8420 per common unit or $3.368 per common unit on an annualized basis.
