Simon's Board of Directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $1.80 on November 1, 2022, for the fourth quarter of 2022. This is an increase of $0.15, or 9.1% year-over-year and an increase of $0.05, or 2.9%, from the previous quarter. The dividend will be payable on December 30, 2022 to shareholders of record on December 9, 2022.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts announced today its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.32 per share on its common stock, payable December 28, 2022 to shareholders of record as of December 14, 2022.
SiriusXM announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0242 per share of common stock, reflecting an increase of approximately 10% over the previous quarter dividend. The Board of Directors of Constellation Energy declared a quarterly dividend of $0.141 per share on Constellation's common stock. The dividend is payable on Friday, Dec. 9, 2022, to shareholders of record as of 5 p.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2022.
The board of directors of Marathon Petroleum has declared a dividend of $0.75 per share on common stock, an increase of approximately 30% over its previous dividend of $0.58 per share. The dividend is payable Dec. 12, 2022, to shareholders of record as of the close of business Nov. 16, 2022.
