The Board of Directors of Murphy Oil today declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Common Stock of Murphy Oil Corporation of $0.175 per share, or $0.70 per share on an annualized basis. This amount represents a 17 percent increase from the previous quarter and a 40 percent increase from fourth quarter 2021. The dividend is payable on June 1, 2022, to stockholders of record as of May 16, 2022.

Plains All American Pipeline and Plains GP Holdings today announced their quarterly distributions with respect to the first quarter of 2022. PAA announced a quarterly cash distribution of $0.2175 per common unit, $0.87 per unit on an annualized basis, which represents a $0.0375 increase from the distribution paid in February 2022, $0.15 per unit, or 21%, on an annualized basis. PAGP announced a corresponding quarterly cash distribution of $0.2175 per Class A share, which also reflects a $0.0375 increase from the distribution paid in February 2022. Each of these distributions will be payable on May 13, 2022 to holders of record of each security at the close of business on April 29, 2022.

The Board of Directors of Rockwell Automation, following its regular quarterly review, today declared a quarterly dividend of $1.12 per share on its outstanding common stock, payable June 10, 2022, to shareowners of record at the close of business on May 16, 2022.

Lindsay, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of irrigation and infrastructure equipment and technology, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 per share, payable May 31, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 17, 2022. As of March 31, 2022, Lindsay had approximately 11.0 million shares outstanding, which are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol LNN.

Simmons Bank, as Trustee of the Sabine Royalty Trust, today declared a cash distribution to the holders of its units of beneficial interest of $0.730190 per unit, payable on April 29, 2022, to unit holders of record on April 18, 2022.
