Bank of Montreal today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $1.33 per share on paid-up common shares of Bank of Montreal for the first quarter of fiscal year 2022, a 27 cent increase from the previous quarter and up 25 per cent from the prior quarter and prior year. The dividend on the common shares is payable on February 28, 2022, to shareholders of record on February 1, 2022.

The Board of Directors of Verizon Communications today declared a quarterly dividend of 64 cents, unchanged from the previous quarter. The quarterly dividend is payable on February 1, 2022, to Verizon shareowners of record at the close of business on January 10, 2022. Verizon has approximately 4.1 billion shares of common stock outstanding. The company made approximately $7.8 billion in cash dividend payments in the last three quarters.

The board of directors of Ecolab today declared a 6% increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend to $0.51 per common share, to be paid January 18, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 14, 2021. This increase results in a new indicated annual cash dividend of $2.04 per share in 2022 and represents Ecolab's 30th consecutive annual dividend rate increase. Ecolab has paid cash dividends on its common stock for 85 consecutive years.

Hasbro, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.68 per common share. The dividend will be payable on February 15, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 1, 2022.

Applied Materials today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share payable on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on March 16, 2022 to shareholders of record as of Feb. 23, 2022.

The Board of Directors of Nucor today announced the increase of its regular quarterly cash dividend on Nucor's common stock to $0.50 per share. This cash dividend is payable on February 11, 2022 to stockholders of record on December 31, 2021 and is Nucor's 195th consecutive quarterly cash dividend. Nucor has increased its regular, or base, dividend for 49 consecutive years - every year since it first began paying dividends in 1973.
