The Board of Directors of FirstEnergy has declared an unchanged quarterly dividend of 39 cents per share of outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable December 1, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 5, 2021.

Mastercard today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 44 cents per share. The cash dividend will be paid on November 9, 2021 to holders of record of its Class A common stock and Class B common stock as of October 8, 2021.

This dividend represents a return to the Company's pre-pandemic quarterly dividend level. Additionally, the Board of Directors authorized share repurchases up to $100 million of the Company's outstanding common stock.
