The Board of Directors of Illinois Tool Works declared a dividend on the company's common stock of $1.14 per share for the fourth quarter of 2020. The dividend equates to $4.56 per share on a full-year basis. The dividend will be paid on Thursday, January 14, 2021, to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2020.

Corteva today announced its Board of Directors has authorized a common stock dividend of 13 cents per share, payable December 15, 2020, to the Company's shareholders of record on November 13, 2020. The increase reflects our strong liquidity position and the cash flow generation capability of CDW's business," said Collin B. Kebo, chief financial officer, CDW.

The board of directors of Entergy has declared a quarterly dividend payment on its common stock of $0.95, an increase of $0.02 per share. The dividend is payable Dec. 1, 2020, to shareholders of record as of Nov. 12, 2020.

Entergy has paid a common stock dividend to shareholders continuously since 1988.
