West Pharmaceutical Services, a global leader in innovative solutions for injectable drug administration, announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has approved a fourth-quarter 2020 dividend of $0.17 per share, a 6.25% increase over the $0.16 per share declared for each of the four preceding quarters. This is the twenty-eighth consecutive annual increase in the Company's dividend. The dividend will be paid on November 18, 2020, to shareholders of record as of November 11, 2020.

Norfolk Southern today announced a regular quarterly dividend of 94 cents per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable Dec. 10 to shareholders of record on Nov. 6. Norfolk Southern has declared a dividend on its common stock for 153 consecutive quarters since its formation in 1982.

Wells Fargo today announced a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.10 per share, payable Dec. 1, 2020, to stockholders of record on Nov. 6, 2020, as approved today by the Wells Fargo board of directors. Wells Fargo has approximately 4.1 billion shares outstanding.

The Board of Directors of Truist Financial declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per common share, payable on December 1, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 13, 2020.

B&G Foods, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.475 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on February 1, 2021 to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2020. At the closing market price of the common stock on October 27, 2020, the current dividend rate represents an annualized yield of 6.6%. This is the 65th consecutive quarterly dividend declared by the Board of Directors since B&G Foods' initial public offering in October 2004.
