The board of directors of Ameren today declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of 51.5 cents per share, a 4% increase from the prior quarterly cash dividend of 49.5 cents per share, resulting in an annualized equivalent dividend rate of $2.06 per share. The previous annualized equivalent dividend rate was $1.98 per share. "We are pleased to announce an increase in our fourth quarter 2020 dividend, which marks the seventh consecutive year we have increased our dividend," said Warner L. Baxter, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Ameren Corporation. "This action reflects confidence in the outlook for our businesses and ability to achieve our long-term earnings and rate base growth plans. Future dividend decisions will be driven by earnings growth, cash flows and other business conditions." The common share dividend is payable Dec. 31, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 9, 2020.

The board of directors of Phillips 66 has declared a quarterly dividend of 90 cents per share on Phillips 66 common stock. The dividend is payable on Dec. 1, 2020, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Nov. 17, 2020.

The Board of Directors of Vulcan Materials today declared a quarterly cash dividend of thirty-four cents per share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable on December 3, 2020, to the shareholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2020.

AON, the leading global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions, announced today that the Board of Directors has authorized a 5% increase to its annual cash dividend paid quarterly on Aon's outstanding Class A Ordinary Shares. ConocoPhillips today announced an increase in its quarterly dividend from 42 cents per share to 43 cents per share. The dividend is payable on Dec. 1, 2020, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 19, 2020.
