Tuesday 11/19 Insider Buying Report: ATGE, REZI Tuesday, November 19, 10:31 AM ET
As the saying goes, there are many possible reasons for an insider to sell a stock, but only one reason to buy — they expect to make money. So let's look at two noteworthy recent insider buys.
At Adtalem Global Education (ATGE), a filing with the SEC revealed that on Friday, SVP, Chief Financial Officer Michael O. Randolfi bought 32,000 shares of ATGE, at a cost of $33.73 each, for a total investment of $1.08M. So far Randolfi is in the green, up about 2.0% on their purchase based on today's trading high of $34.39. Adtalem Global Education is trading up about 0.8% on the day Tuesday.
And at Resideo Technologies (REZI), there was insider buying on Friday, by Director Andrew C. Teich who purchased 50,000 shares at a cost of $10.25 each, for a trade totaling $512,500. Resideo Technologies is trading up about 5.5% on the day Tuesday.
