Wabtec announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly common dividend of 12 cents per share, payable on May 24, 2019 to holders of record on May 10, 2019.

The board of directors of Caterpillar voted today to maintain the quarterly cash dividend of eighty-six cents ($0.86) per share of common stock, payable May 20, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 22, 2019. Caterpillar has paid higher dividends to its shareholders for 25 consecutive years and, since 2009, the company's quarterly cash dividend has more than doubled. Caterpillar has paid a cash dividend every year since the company was formed and has paid a quarterly dividend since 1933.

Peak Resorts, a leading owner and operator of high-quality, individually branded U.S. ski resorts, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per outstanding share of its common stock. The cash dividend is payable on May 10, 2019 to common shareholders of record as of April 25, 2019 and represents an annualized yield of 5.9% based on the $4.75 per share closing price of the Company's stock on April 9, 2019.

Chatham Lodging Trust, a lodging real estate investment trust that invests in upscale, extended-stay hotels and premium-branded, select-service hotels and owns 137 hotels wholly or through joint ventures, today announced that its board of trustees has declared a monthly common share dividend of $0.11 for April 2019. The common dividend is payable May 31, 2019, to shareholders of record on April 30, 2019.
