Vail Resorts today reported results for the second quarter of fiscal 2019 ended January 31, 2019 and provided the Company's ski season-to-date metrics through March 3, 2019. The Company's Board of Directors approved a 20% increase in the quarterly cash dividend to $1.76 per share from $1.47 per share beginning with the dividend payable on April 11, 2019 to shareholders of record as of March 27, 2019.

Amgen today announced that its Board of Directors declared a $1.45 per share dividend for the second quarter of 2019. The dividend will be paid on June 7, 2019, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 17, 2019.
