Friday 2/22 Insider Buying Report: NVR, ELMD Friday, February 22, 10:34 AM ET
As the saying goes, there are many possible reasons for an insider to sell a stock, but only one reason to buy — they expect to make money. So let's look at two noteworthy recent insider buys.
At NVR (NVR), a filing with the SEC revealed that on Tuesday, VP, Chief Accounting Officer Matthew B. Kelpy bought 25 shares of NVR, at a cost of $2668.58 each, for a total investment of $66,714. NVR is trading up about 1.1% on the day Friday.
And at Electromed (ELMD), there was insider buying on Tuesday, by Director Stephen H. Craney who purchased 10,000 shares at a cost of $5.71 each, for a total investment of $57,143. This purchase marks the first one filed by Craney in the past twelve months. Electromed is trading down about 0.7% on the day Friday.
