Affiliated Managers Group announced a first-quarter cash dividend of $0.32 per common share, representing an increase of approximately 7% over the prior level, payable March 1, 2019 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 14, 2019.

The GEO Group (GEO) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.48 per share. The quarterly cash dividend will be paid on February 22, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 15, 2019.

Terex Corporation (TEX) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share. The dividend is to be paid on March 19, 2019 to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 8, 2019.

The Meredith Corporation (MDP) approved a 5.5 percent increase in its regular stock dividend to $2.30 per share on an annualized basis, an increase of $0.12 per share. The next quarterly dividend will be $0.575 and is payable on March 15, 2019, to shareholders of record on February 28, 2019.
