Exelon Corporation declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.3625 per share on Exelon's common stock. The dividend is payable on March 8, 2019, to shareholders of record of Exelon as of 5 p.m. New York time on Feb. 20, 2019.

AvalonBay Communities declared a dividend for the first quarter of 2019 of $1.52 per share on the Company's common stock (par value of $0.01 per share). The declared dividend is a 3.4% increase over the Company's prior quarterly dividend of $1.47 per share. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2019 to common stockholders of record as of March 29, 2019.

Church & Dwight declared a 5% increase in the regular quarterly dividend from $0.2175 to $0.2275 per share, equivalent to an annual dividend of $0.91 per share. This raises the annual dividend payout from $213 million to approximately $222 million. The quarterly dividend will be payable March 1, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 15, 2019.

The United Technologies Corp.'s (UTX) Board of Directors declared a dividend of 73.5 cents per share on the outstanding shares of UTC's common stock. The dividend will be payable March 10, 2019, to shareowners of record at the close of business on February 15, 2019.
