Looking at units outstanding versus one week prior within the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the biggest outflow was seen in the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF, where 7,600,000 units were
destroyed, or a 9.0% decrease week over week. Among the largest underlying components of XOP, in morning trading today Cabot Oil & Gas is up about 1.2%, and Chevron is up by about 1.4%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest outflow was the VSMV ETF, which lost 500,000 of its units, representing a 31.2% decline in outstanding units compared to the week prior.
