Nordson today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend to $0.35 per common share from $0.30, an increase of 17 percent. The dividend is payable on September 4, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 21, 2018.

Yum! Brands Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.36 per share of common stock. The quarterly dividend will be distributed September 7, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 20, 2018. In addition, Yum! Brands, Inc.
