Steel Dynamics (STLD) announced that the company's board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1875 per common share. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2018, and is payable on or about July 13, 2018.

HEICO declared a regular semi-annual cash dividend of $.06 per share, payable on both classes of common stock. The cash dividend will be paid on July 19, 2018 to shareholders of record in the same class of shares at the close of business on July 11, 2018. The cash dividend represents a 7% increase over the prior semiannual per share amount of $.056 and is a cumulative increase of 17% since July 19, 2017.

Deswell Industries (DSWL) declared a cash dividend of $0.04 per share for the second half of the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018. The dividend will be payable on July 12, 2018 to shareholders of record as of June 26, 2018.
