EZU, KCE: Big ETF Outflows Friday, May 11, 10:49 AM ET
Looking at units outstanding versus one week prior within the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the biggest outflow was seen in the iShares MSCI Eurozone ETF (EZU), where 8,500,000 units were destroyed, or a 2.7% decrease week over week. Among the largest underlying components of EZU, in morning trading today NXP Semiconductors (NXPI) is off about 0.2%, and Coca-Cola European Partners (CCE) is lower by about 0.1%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest outflow was the SPDR S&P Capital Markets ETF (KCE), which lost 500,000 of its units, representing a 17.5% decline in outstanding units compared to the week prior. Among the largest underlying components of KCE, in morning trading today Financial Engines (FNGN) is up about 0.1%, and Greenhill (GHL) is lower by about 1%.
