B&G Foods announced today that its Board of Directors has increased the Company's quarterly cash dividend rate by 2.2% from $0.465 per share of common stock to $0.475 per share of common stock. On an annualized basis, the dividend increases from $1.86 per share to $1.90 per share. The quarterly dividend declared today is payable on July 30, 2018 to shareholders of record as of June 29, 2018. At the closing market price of the common stock on May 22, 2018, the new dividend rate represents an annualized yield of 7.2%. This is the 55th consecutive quarterly dividend declared by the Board of Directors since B&G Foods' initial public offering in October 2004.

Donaldson today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular cash dividend of 19.0 cents per share, an increase of 5.6 percent from the prior quarterly cash dividend of 18.0 cents per share. The dividend is payable June 28, 2018, to shareholders of record on June 11, 2018. MAA today announced that its board of directors approved a quarterly dividend payment of $0.9225 per share of common stock to be paid on July 31, 2018 to shareholders of record on July 13, 2018. This will be the 98th consecutive quarter MAA has paid a cash dividend on its shares of common stock. The cash dividend has never been reduced or suspended over this time frame. As established in prior quarters, the board of directors declared the quarterly common dividend in advance of MAA's earnings announcement that is expected to be made on August 1, 2018.
