TransCanada today announced that the Board of Directors of TransCanada declared a quarterly dividend of $0.69 per common share for the quarter ending June 30, 2018, on the Company's outstanding common shares. The common share dividend is payable on July 31, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 29, 2018.

Imperial Oil today declared a quarterly dividend of 19 cents per share on the outstanding common shares of the company, payable on July 1, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2018. This second quarter 2018 dividend compares with the first quarter 2018 dividend of 16 cents per share.

Artisan Partners Asset Management today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.60 per share of Class A common stock. The dividend will be paid on May 31, 2018, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 17, 2018. Based on Artisan's projections and subject to change, the company expects some portion of its 2018 dividend payments to constitute a return of capital for tax purposes.

The Board of Directors of Coca-Cola today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 39 cents per common share. The dividend is payable July 2, 2018, to shareowners of record of the company as of the close of business on June 15, 2018. Earlier this year, the Board approved the company's 56th consecutive annual dividend increase, raising the quarterly dividend 5.4 percent from 37 cents to 39 cents per common share. This is equivalent to an annual dividend of $1.56 per share, up from $1.48 per share in 2017.

The Board of Directors of Texas Instruments today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.62 per share of common stock, payable May 21, 2018, to stockholders of record on May 7, 2018.
