Today's dividend declaration represents an increase of $0.07, or five percent higher than the prior quarterly dividend of $1.50 per common share. This is the 23rd year in a row that IBM has increased its quarterly cash dividend. IBM has paid consecutive quarterly dividends since 1916.

The Board of Directors of Ameriprise Financial increased the company's quarterly cash dividend by 8 percent, or $0.07 per diluted share, to $0.90 per diluted share payable on May 18, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 7, 2018.
