The Wisconsin Electric board of directors on Jan. 22 declared a quarterly cash dividend of 90 cents a share on the company's Preferred Stock, 3.60% Series, payable March 1, 2018, to stockholders of record on Feb. 14, 2018. The board also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.50 a share on the company's Six Per Cent Preferred Stock, payable April 30, 2018, to stockholders of record on April 13, 2018.

PetMed Express declared and increased the quarterly dividend by 25% from $0.20 to $0.25 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend will be payable on February 16, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 5, 2018.

BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) (BDX) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.75 per common share, payable on March 30, 2018 to holders of record on March 9, 2018. The indicated annual dividend rate is $3.00 per share. In addition, the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $15.3125 per share on the 6.125% mandatory convertible preferred stock, Series A, payable on May 1, 2018 to holders of record on April 13, 2018. This represents $0.7656 per depositary share (BDXA).

Williams Partners L.P. (WPZ) announced a regular quarterly cash distribution of $0.60 per unit for its common unitholders. The distribution is consistent with the previous quarter. The board of directors of the partnership's general partner has approved the quarterly cash distribution, which is payable on Feb. 9, 2018, to common unitholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 2, 2018.

Wynn Resorts announced that the Company has approved a cash dividend of $0.50 per share, payable on February 27, 2018 to stockholders of record as of February 15, 2018.
