Wednesday 12/13 Insider Buying Report: ZAYO, BCO Wednesday, December 13, 10:31 AM ET
As the saying goes, there are many possible reasons for an insider to sell a stock, but only one reason to buy -- they expect to make money. So let's look at two noteworthy recent insider buys.
At Zayo Group Holdings (ZAYO), a filing with the SEC revealed that on Monday, Director Emily White bought 43,095 shares of ZAYO, for a cost of $34.99 each, for a total investment of $1.51M. White was up about 5.7% on the purchase at the high point of today's trading session, with ZAYO trading as high as $36.99 at last check today. Zayo Group Holdings is trading up about 1% on the day Wednesday.
And at Brinks (BCO), there was insider buying on Tuesday, by Director George I. Stoeckert who bought 2,700 shares for a cost of $80.55 each, for a trade totaling $217,492. This buy marks the first one filed by Stoeckert in the past year. Brinks is trading up about 2.1% on the day Wednesday. Stoeckert was up about 2.4% on the buy at the high point of today's trading session, with BCO trading as high as $82.49 in trading on Wednesday.
