Sunstone Hotel Investors (SHO) has declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.58 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid in cash on January 16, 2018 to holders of record as of December 31, 2017. The fourth quarter dividend, together with the dividends paid in the first three quarters of 2017, represent an annual yield of 4.4% based on the closing stock price as of December 8, 2017.

Saul Centers (BFS) declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.52 per share, to be paid January 31, 2018, to holders of record as of January 17, 2018. The common dividend is a $0.01 per share (2.0%) increase over the amount paid in the previous quarter, and the amount paid in the prior year's comparable quarter.

Cisco (CSCO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per common share to be paid on January 24, 2018 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 5, 2018.

TSYS (TSS) has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share on TSYS common stock, payable January 2, 2018, to TSYS shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 21, 2017.
