Tyson Foods increased the quarterly dividend previously declared on August 10, 2017, to $0.30 per share on the Class A common stock and $0.27 per share on the Class B common stock. The increased quarterly dividend is payable on December 15, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2017. The Board also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share on the Class A common stock and $0.27 per share on the Class B common stock, payable on March 15, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2018. Tyson anticipates the remaining quarterly dividends in fiscal 2018 will be $0.30 and $0.27 per share of the Class A and Class B stock, respectively. This results in an annual dividend rate in fiscal 2018 of $1.20 for Class A shares and $1.08 for Class B shares, or a 33% increase compared to the fiscal 2017 annual dividend rate.
Lowe's Companies (LOW) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of forty-one cents ($0.41) per share, payable February 7, 2018, to shareholders of record as of January 24, 2018.
Realty Income Corporation (O) has declared the 569th consecutive common stock monthly dividend. The dividend amount of $0.212 per share, representing an annualized amount of $2.544 per share, is payable on December 15, 2017 to shareholders of record as of December 1, 2017. The ex-dividend date for December's dividend is November 30, 2017.
W. R. Berkley Corporation (WRB) has declared a special cash dividend on its common stock of 50 cents per share to be paid on December 14, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2017. Together with the 50 cents per share special dividend that was paid on July 5, 2017, this brings special dividends during 2017 to $1.00 per share. In addition, the Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of 14 cents per share to be paid on December 14, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2017.
Cabot Corporation (CBT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.315 per share on all outstanding shares of the Corporation's common stock. The dividend is payable on December 8, 2017, to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 24, 2017.
