Skyworks has declared a cash dividend of $0.32 per share of the Company's common stock, representing a 14 percent increase from the prior quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share. The dividend is payable on August 29, 2017, to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 8, 2017.

Maxim Integrated Products approved a 9% increase in the quarterly dividend and a new share repurchase authorization of $1 billion. A cash dividend of $0.36 per share will be paid on September 14, 2017, to stockholders of record on August 31, 2017.

The Board earlier this year approved the company's 55th consecutive annual dividend increase, raising the quarterly dividend 6 percent from 35 cents to 37 cents per common share.

Intel Corporation has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2725 per share ($1.09 per share on an annual basis) on the company's common stock. The dividend will be payable on Sept. 1, 2017, to stockholders of record on Aug. 7, 2017.
