Daily Dividend Report: PNC, CVS, PAA, AGR, LSI, EME Thursday, July 6, 2:17 PM ET The PNC Financial Services Group (PNC) declared a quarterly cash dividend on the common stock of 75 cents per share, an increase of 20 cents per share, or 36 percent, from the second quarter dividend of 55 cents per share. The dividend, with a payment date of Aug. 5, 2017, will be payable the next business day to shareholders of record at the close of business July 17, 2017.
CVS Health Corporation (CVS) has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.50 (50 cents) per share on the corporation's common stock. The dividend is payable on August 3, 2017, to holders of record on July 24, 2017.
Plains All American Pipeline (PAA) and Plains GP Holdings (PAGP) announced their quarterly distributions with respect to the second quarter of 2017. The distributions will be payable on August 14, 2017 to holders of record of each security at the close of business on July 31, 2017.
PAA announced a quarterly cash distribution of $0.55 per common unit ($2.20 per unit on an annualized basis), which is unchanged from the quarterly distribution paid in May 2017. Additionally, PAA announced a payment-in-kind of the quarterly distribution with respect to its Series A Preferred Units, which will result in the issuance of an additional 1,339,796 Series A Preferred Units. The PIK amount equates to a quarterly distribution of $0.525 per Series A Preferred Unit, or $2.10 annualized.
PAGP announced a quarterly cash distribution of $0.55 per Class A share ($2.20 per Class A share on an annualized basis), which is unchanged from the quarterly distribution paid in May 2017.
Avangrid (AGR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.432 per share on its shares of common stock. This dividend is payable October 2, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 8, 2017.
Life Storage (LSI) announced the Company's quarterly common stock dividend of $1.00 per share of common stock. The annualized dividend of Life Storage is $4.00 per share which, based on today's opening share price equates to an annual rate of approximately 5.3%. The dividend will be paid on July 26, 2017 to shareholders of record on July 17, 2017.
EMCOR Group (EME) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per common share. The dividend will be paid on July 28, 2017 to stockholders of record as of July 17, 2017.
