Today's action is consistent with PepsiCo's previously announced increase in its annualized dividend to $3.22 per share from $3.01 per share, which began with the June 2017 payment. This dividend is payable on September 29, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 1, 2017. PepsiCo has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends since 1965, and 2017 marks the company's 45th consecutive annual dividend increase.

Johnson & Johnson today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend for the third quarter of 2017 of $0.84 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on September 12, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 29, 2017. The ex-dividend date is August 25, 2017.
