Delta Natural Gas Company (DGAS) authorized a quarterly dividend of twenty and three-fourths cents per share of common stock to be paid July 14, 2017 to all common shareholders of record as of June 30, 2017.
Preferred Bank (PFBC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share, representing an increase of $0.02 or 11% over the previous quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share. The dividend is payable on July 21, 2017 to holders of record on July 7, 2017.
8point3 Energy Partners (CAFD) declared a cash distribution for its Class A shares of $0.2642 per share for the second quarter of 2017. This represents an increase of approximately 26.0 percent over the minimum quarterly distribution and an increase of 3.0 percent over the previous quarter's distribution of $0.2565 per share. The second quarter distribution will be paid on July 14, 2017 to shareholders of record as of July 6, 2017.
Plymouth Industrial REIT (PLYM) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.375 per diluted share, or an annualized dividend of $1.50 per diluted share. This initial dividend has been pro-rated to $0.0650 per diluted share to reflect the period commencing on June 14, 2017, the IPO completion date, and ending on June 30, 2017. This pro-rated dividend is payable on July 31, 2017, to stockholders of record on July 7, 2017.
