The Board of Directors of Raytheon has voted to increase the company's annual dividend payout rate by 8.9 percent, from $2.93 to $3.19 per share. The Board also authorized payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.7975 per outstanding share of common stock, to be paid on May 11, 2017, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 12, 2017.

The Board of Directors of McCormick declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share on its common stocks payable April 24, 2017, to shareholders of record on April 10, 2017. McCormick's current annualized dividend rate of $1.88 per share represents an increase of 9% over the annual dividend of $1.72 per share paid in fiscal year 2016.
