Hersha Hospitality Trust (HT) declared a cash dividend of $0.4297 per Series C Preferred Share, $0.40625 per Series D Preferred Share, and $0.40625 per Series E Preferred Share for the first quarter ending March 31, 2017. The preferred share dividends are payable April 17, 2017 to holders of record as of April 1, 2017. The Board of Trustees also declared cash dividends totaling $0.28 per common share and per limited partnership unit for the first quarter ending March 31, 2017. These common share dividends and limited partnership unit distributions are payable April 17, 2017 to holders of record as of March 31, 2017.
Ralph Lauren Corporation (RL) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share on Ralph Lauren Corporation Common Stock. The dividend is payable on April 13, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2017.
ATN (ATNI) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share, payable on April 7, 2017, on all common shares outstanding to stockholders of record as of March 31, 2017.
AG Mortgage Investment Trust (MITT) has declared a dividend of $0.475 per common share for the first quarter of 2017. The dividend is payable on April 28, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 21, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of March 17, 2017.
Lifetime Brands (LCUT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.0425 per share payable on May 15, 2017 to shareholders of record on May 1, 2017.
StoneCastle Financial (BANX) has declared a cash distribution of $0.37 per share for the first quarter of 2017. The distribution will be payable on March 29, 2017 to shareholders of record on March 22, 2017.
