SPHD, XSHD: Big ETF Inflows Wednesday, February 1, 10:49 AM ET
Comparing units outstanding versus one week ago at the coverage universe of ETFs at ETF Channel, the biggest inflow was seen in the PowerShares S&P 500 High Dividend Low Volatility Portfolio (SPHD), which added 17,200,000 units, or a 23.8% increase week over week. Among the largest underlying components of SPHD, in morning trading today Centerpoint Energy (CNP) is off about 0.4%, and PPL (PPL) is up by about 0.9%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest increase in inflows was the PowerShares S&P SmallCap High Dividend Low Volatility Portfolio (XSHD), which added 100,000 units, for a 40.0% increase in outstanding units. Among the largest underlying components of XSHD, in morning trading today The Geo Group (GEO) is up about 0.4%, and Sabra Healthcare Reit (SBRA) is lower by about 0.2%.
