Lear Corporation (LEA) has authorized an increase in the Company's share repurchase authorization to $1 billion and extended the authorization period until December 31, 2019. In addition, the Board increased by 67% the quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock from $0.30 per share to $0.50 per share. The next dividend is payable on March 23, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 3, 2017.

Delta Air Lines (DAL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2025 per share. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Feb. 24, 2017 and will be paid on March 17, 2017.

AMETEK (AME) declared a regular quarterly dividend of nine cents per share for the first quarter ending March 31, 2017. The first quarter dividend is payable March 31, 2017 to shareholders of record as of March 17, 2017.

Dover (DOV) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.44 per share, payable on March 15, 2017 to shareholders of record as of February 28, 2017.

Ryder System (R) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.44 per share of common stock, to be paid on March 17, 2017, to shareholders of record on February 21, 2017.

CalAtlantic Group (CAA) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share, payable on March 30, 2017, to common stockholders of record on March 15, 2017.

South Jersey Industries (SJI) declared its regular dividend of $0.2725 per share for the first quarter of 2017. The dividend is payable April 4, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business March 17, 2017.
