Hilton Worldwide Holdings (HLT) has authorized a stock repurchase program of up to $1 billion of the Company's common stock. The Board also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share of Hilton's common stock, payable on March 31, 2017 to stockholders of record as of March 10, 2017.

Albemarle Corporation (ALB) declared today a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, an increase of 5% over the previous quarterly dividend of $0.305. The dividend, which has a new annualized rate of $1.28, is payable April 3, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business as of March 15, 2017.

Ecolab declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.37 per common share, to be paid April 17, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 21, 2017.

Edison International (EIX) declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.5425 per share, payable on April 30, 2017, to shareholders of record on March 31, 2017.

The Hartford declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share of common stock, payable on April 3, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 6, 2017.

National Oilwell Varco (NOV) announced that its Board of Directors declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock, payable on March 31, 2017 to each stockholder of record on March 17, 2017.
