Hilton Worldwide Holdings (HLT) has authorized a stock repurchase program of up to $1 billion of the Company's common stock. The Board also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share of Hilton's common stock, payable on March 31, 2017 to stockholders of record as of March 10, 2017.

Albemarle Corporation (ALB) declared today a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, an increase of 5% over the previous quarterly dividend of $0.305. The dividend, which has a new annualized rate of $1.28, is payable April 3, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business as of March 15, 2017.
