Kimberly-Clark Corporation (KMB) has approved a 5.4 percent increase in the quarterly dividend, taking the dividend to 97 cents per share, up from 92 cents per share in 2016. This is the 45th consecutive annual increase in the company's dividend. The dividend will be payable on April 4, 2017, to stockholders of record on March 10, 2017.

Norfolk Southern Corporation (NSC) voted to increase the regular quarterly dividend on the company's common stock by 3 percent, or 2 cents per share, from 59 to 61 cents per share. The increased dividend is payable on March 9 to stockholders of record on Feb. 3.

BD (BDX) has declared a quarterly dividend of 73 cents per common share, payable on March 31, 2017 to holders of record on March 10, 2017.

The HP (HPQ) board of directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.1327 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend, the second in HP's fiscal year 2017, is payable on April 5, 2017, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 8, 2017.

Noble Energy (NBL) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 10 cents per common share payable on February 21, 2017, to the shareholders of record at the close of business on February 6, 2017.

Comerica declared a quarterly cash dividend for common stock of 23 cents per share. The dividend is payable April 1, 2017, to common stock shareholders of record March 15, 2017.
