Allied World Assurance Company Holdings (AWH) announced that it has approved a quarterly dividend equal to $0.26 per share payable on December 29, 2016 to shareholders of record on December 20, 2016.

Pentair (PNR) has approved a three percent increase in the company's regular annual cash dividend rate for 2017 (from $1.34 per share paid in 2016 to $1.38 per share), and that it will pay a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.345 per share on February 10, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 27, 2017.

Nordson Corporation (NDSN) declared a first quarter 2017 cash dividend in the amount of $0.27 per common share, payable on January 3, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 16, 2016.

The Buckle (BKE) authorized a $0.75 per share special cash dividend to be paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 13, 2017. The Board also authorized a $0.25 per share quarterly dividend to be paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 13, 2017. Both the $0.75 per share special cash dividend and the $0.25 per share regular quarterly dividend are payable on January 25, 2017 and will be paid together.

Quanex Building Products Corporation (NX) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share on the Company's common stock, payable December 30, 2016, to shareholders of record on December 15, 2016.
