Physicians Realty Trust (DOC) has authorized and the Company has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.225 per common share for the quarter ending December 31, 2016. The dividend will be payable on January 18, 2017, to common shareholders and unit holders of record on January 5, 2017.
Western Asset Mortgage Capital Corporation (WMC) declared a cash dividend of $0.31 per share for the fourth quarter of 2016. The dividend is payable on January 26, 2017 to common shareholders of record as of January 3, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2016.
Preferred Bank (PFBC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share, representing an increase of $0.03 or 20% increase over the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on January 20, 2017 to holders of record on January 6, 2017.
Horizon Bancorp (HBNC) has approved an increase in its quarterly dividend from 10 cents to 11 cents per share. This represents a 10.0% increase and a dividend yield of 1.58% based on the price per share of $27.91 as of the close of business on December 21, 2016. The dividend will be paid on January 20, 2017 to shareholders of record on January 6, 2017.
