Tuesday 11/22 Insider Buying Report: ARMK, DOC Tuesday, November 22, 10:37 AM ET
Bargain hunters are wise to pay careful attention to insider buying, because although there are many various reasons for an insider to sell a stock, presumably the only reason they would use their hard-earned cash to make a purchase, is that they expect to make money. Today we look at two noteworthy recent insider buys.
On Monday, Aramark (ARMK)'s CEO, Eric J. Foss, made a $3.02M purchase of ARMK, buying 87,566 shares at a cost of $34.50 each. So far Foss is in the green, up about 2.1% on their purchase based on today's trading high of $35.24. Aramark is trading up about 2.2% on the day Tuesday.
And on Thursday, Director Tommy G. Thompson bought $259,776 worth of Physicians Realty Trust (DOC), buying 14,400 shares at a cost of $18.04 each. This purchase marks the first one filed by Thompson in the past year. Physicians Realty Trust is trading up about 0.4% on the day Tuesday.
