Intercontinental Exchange announced a $0.85 per share dividend for the fourth quarter of 2016. ICE previously announced a five-for-one stock split, with additional shares of stock to be distributed by dividend at the close of market on Thursday, November 3, 2016. After giving effect to the share dividend, the cash dividend will be ratably adjusted from $0.85 per share to $0.17 per share. The cash dividend is payable on December 30, 2016 to stockholders of record as of December 15, 2016. The ex-dividend date is December 13, 2016.

Rockwell Collins (COL) has declared a quarterly dividend of 33 cents per share on its common stock, payable Dec. 5, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 14, 2016.

Emerson (EMR) voted to increase the quarterly cash dividend from forty-seven and a half cents to forty-eight cents per share of common stock payable December 9, 2016 to stockholders of record November 11, 2016.

Iron Mountain declared a cash dividend of $0.55 USD per share on the common stock and Chess Depository Interests of the company, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2016. The company's previous quarterly dividend per share was $0.485, representing an increase of more than 13%. The payable date for NYSE listed common stock holders is December 30, 2016, and the payable date for ASX listed CDIs is on January 16, 2017. CDI holders will be paid in Australian dollars, and the conversion is expected to occur on December 30, 2016.
