At Investors Real Estate Trust, a filing with the SEC revealed that on Friday, CIO Mark Okey Decker Jr. purchased 9,000 shares of IRET, at a cost of $6.15 each, for a total investment of $55,350. Investors Real Estate Trust is trading up about 1.9% on the day Wednesday. Before this latest buy, Decker Jr. bought IRET at 4 other times during the past twelve months, for a total investment of $331,307 at an average of $5.85 per share.
And at Range Resources, there was insider buying on Tuesday, by Director Gregory Gene Maxwell who purchased 1,000 shares at a cost of $37.00 each, for a trade totaling $37,000. Range Resources is trading up about 0.7% on the day Wednesday.
