Lockheed Martin board of directors has authorized a fourth quarter 2016 dividend of $1.82 per share, representing a 10 percent increase or $0.17 per share over last quarter. The dividend is payable on December 30, 2016 to holders of record as of the close of business on December 1, 2016.

InterDigital, a mobile technology research and development company, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend to $0.30 per share ($1.20 per share on an annual basis). The increase in the regular quarterly dividend will take effect beginning with the dividend to be paid in fourth quarter 2016. The Board of Directors also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.30 per share on its common stock, payable on October 26, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 12, 2016.

Sanderson Farms today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share, an increase of $0.02 per share per quarter. This represents a new annual dividend rate of $0.96 per share, or an annual increase of $0.08 per share. The regular quarterly cash dividend is payable on October 18, 2016, to stockholders of record on October 4, 2016.

CVS Health today announced that its board of directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.425 per share on the corporation's common stock. The dividend is payable on November 3, 2016, to holders of record on October 24, 2016.

Lennar, one of the nation's largest homebuilders, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share for both Class A and Class B common stock payable on October 20, 2016 to holders of record at the close of business on October 5, 2016.
