On Wednesday, Director Steve Bartlett purchased $2,954 worth of Ares Capital Corporation (ARCC), purchasing 200 shares at a cost of $14.77 each. Before this latest buy, Bartlett bought ARCC on 11 other occasions during the past twelve months, for a total investment of $21,897 at an average of $14.60 per share. Ares Capital Corporation is trading up about 0.5% on the day Friday. Bartlett was up about 1.6% on the purchase at the high point of today's trading session, with ARCC trading as high as $15.01 in trading on Friday.
