The PNC Financial Services Group (PNC) declared a quarterly cash dividend on the common stock of 55 cents per share, an increase of 4 cents per share, or 8 percent, from the second quarter dividend of 51 cents per share. The dividend is payable Aug. 5, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business July 18, 2016.
Paychex (PAYX) approved a $0.04 increase in the company's regular quarterly dividend, an increase of 10 percent. The dividend will go from $0.42 per share to $0.46 per share and is payable on August 25, 2016 to shareholders of record on August 1, 2016.
Thermo Fisher Scientific (TMO) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share. The dividend will be paid on October 17, 2016, to shareholders of record as of September 15, 2016.
MetLife (MET) has declared a third quarter 2016 common stock dividend of $0.40 per share. The dividend will be payable on Sept. 13, 2016, to shareholders of record as of Aug. 8, 2016.
Sealed Air Corporation (SEE) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per common share. The dividend is payable on September 16, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 2, 2016.
