DTE Energy declared a $0.77 per share dividend on its common stock payable Oct. 15, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business Sept. 19, 2016.
AT&T (T) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.48 a share on the company's common shares. The dividend is payable on August 1, 2016, to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 8, 2016.
Masco Corporation (MAS) declared a quarterly dividend of $.095 per common share, payable on August 8, 2016, to shareholders of record on July 8, 2016.
UDR (UDR) declared a regular quarterly dividend on its common stock for the second quarter of 2016 in the amount of $0.295 per share, payable in cash, on August 1, 2016 to UDR common stock shareholders of record as of July 11, 2016.
Lennar Corporation (LEN) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share for both Class A and Class B common stock payable on July 22, 2016 to holders of record at the close of business on July 8, 2016.
