Barnes Group (B) increased the Company's quarterly cash dividend 8 percent to thirteen cents per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable June 10, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 26, 2016. The dividend increase will raise the annualized dividend payout to $0.52 per share of common stock.

Mueller Industries (MLI) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of 10 cents per share, representing a 33 percent increase over the 7.5 cents per share regular quarterly dividend in prior periods. Illinois Tool Works (ITW) declared a dividend on the company's common stock of $0.55 per share for the second quarter of 2016. The dividend equates to $2.20 per share on a full-year basis. The dividend will be paid on July 8, 2016 to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2016.

Ecolab declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 per common share, to be paid July 15, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 21, 2016.
