FactSet Research Systems, a leading provider of integrated financial information and analytical applications, today announced that its Board of Directors approved a 14% increase in the regular quarterly dividend from $0.44 per share to $0.50 per share. The $0.06 per share increase marks the largest year over year dividend increase in eight years highlighting the Company's continued commitment to returning value to its shareholders. The cash dividend will be paid on June 21, 2016 to holders of record of FactSet's common stock at the close of business on May 31, 2016.
