The next quarterly dividend is payable on June 7, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 24, 2016. The ex-dividend date is May 20, 2016.

Pfizer declared a 30-cent second-quarter 2016 dividend on the company's common stock, payable June 1, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 13, 2016.

Chevron Corporation (CVX) declared a quarterly dividend of one dollar and seven cents per share, payable June 10, 2016, to all holders of common stock as shown on the transfer records of the Corporation at the close of business May 19, 2016.
