Rogers Communications declared a quarterly dividend totaling 48 cents per share on each of its outstanding Class B Non-Voting shares and Class A Voting shares. The quarterly dividend declared will be paid on July 4, 2016 to shareholders of record on June 12, 2016.

Norfolk Southern Corporation (NSC) announced the regular quarterly dividend of 59 cents per share on its common stock, payable on June 10 to stockholders of record on May 6.
